The protea, named for a Greek god, comes from South Africa and Australia and can be found gracing many a garden on Tresco. They are easily recognisable with their head-turning hues and amazing silky-like texture.

This piece highlights the form and beauty of the protea bud which is beautiful in its own right, balanced as it is on the cusp of bursting into flower.

Every flower is individually handmade by me in Surrey, England so there will be slight variations in size, colour and shape making each piece unique, just as in nature. Learn how its made here >

Supplied on an 18" (45cm) chain sterling silver and the flower is made using recycled aluminium so the each earring is very light weight and hypoallergenic.
